V2 License Plate Bracket

Quick install for the V2 lower-grille license plate bracket. Verify all hardware is present before you start: bracket, four sheet-metal nuts, four washers, four screws, and two zip ties (one is a backup).

Tools Needed

  • 7/16" wrench
  • Pliers (for bending sheet metal nuts and zip ties)
  • Side cutters
  1. Confirm all hardware is included.
  2. Bend all four sheet-metal nuts to a 45° angle.
  3. Bend the end of both zip ties (only one is used; the second is a spare).
  4. Center the license plate bracket on the lower grille and use the zip tie to hold it in place.
  5. Use the small tab on each sheet-metal nut as a handle to start the bolts. Place a washer between each bolt and the bracket.
  6. Tighten the bolts with a 7/16" wrench and trim the zip tie.
